Parkway PTO loves our teachers and staff! The annual PTO budget allows for classroom and curriculum support to support a variety of needs, such as tutors, competition fees, small equipment items, supplies and supplemental materials.
Documentation is required for all funding requests. Please complete a funding request form and attach an invoice/receipt of payment. Advances can be requested; please email the PTO treasurer at [email protected] or [email protected]. Teachers know needs better than anyone. Teachers may also use this form to request field trip scholarship funds for students with need. Please include amount needed, # of students, location and date of field trip. Names of students are not needed. Please note that PTO funds are budgeted each year based on our fiscal year calendar. Large trip fund requests should be submitted annually. The deadline for all requests/receipts is April 30. No exceptions will be made. |
