Whatever works best for you is fine with me. If you have signed up to volunteer, Thank You. I will have your names at the booths so each shift knows who is working with them and who is working the shift either before or after them. If you have not yet signed up, it is not too late. Simply click on the attached link below and sign up. We would love to have you help us. http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0d4eaaa928a6fb6-fall1 Thank you for all that you do, Shelley Wainscott Wallin Happy Fall Festival Week!!!
I just wanted to send a quick reminder that this Friday is the Fall Festival!! We are very excited about this event. We will have food, JUMP, Face Painting/Glitter Tattoos, Game Room, Craft Room, Silent Auction, Cake Walk and more. Just a few reminders: If you wish to purchase a dinner, please do so before the event. This way we know how many dinners to order. You should have received an order form last week. If you didn't get it or you can't find it, please send the following information school and I will make sure that you get tickets. I need to know how many tickets, your child's name and their homeroom teacher. I will give the tickets to your Child's teacher. If you enjoy baking, please be sure to make something for the CAKE WALK. This is always a fun event at the festival and I want to make sure that we have plenty to cakes (or cookies, brownies, cup cakes, rice crispy treats, bags of candy) to give out to the winners. These items can be brought to the school on Friday Morning. Below is the link to the Fall Festival Volunteer Sign Up. If you have already signed up, thank you. If you haven't, please look and see which are you would like to sign up for. http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0d4eaaa928a6fb6-fall1 Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you all there!! Shelley Wainscott Wallin Dear Parkway Parents,
Parkway School is proud to host the best school festival in town each fall. The September 30 Parkway School Fall Festival is sure provide great entertainment for every member of your family with JUMP!, crafts, games, face paint, cake walks, a catered dinner from Dan'l Boone Inn, and much, much more! Mark your calendars to attend, and consider volunteering your time or goods to the event, which provides critical funding for school operations. A variety of opportunities exist to engage and serve! We can't have Fall Festival without volunteer support! There are many needs for volunteers with food, games and crafts. Please consider offering your time and helping hands at some point the evening of September 30th. Choose a fun assignment by using this Sign Up Genius: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0D4EAAA928A6FB6-fall1 If you can't volunteer the night of the event, we do have volunteer opportunities before the event. We need people to help make calls to local businesses for Silent Auction donations and we need sweets for the cake walk. You may sign up for these using the above link as well. Thank you so much for all of your help and support. Together I know that we will make this year's Fall Festival the most successful ever!!! Shelley Wainscott Wallin Our first Teacher Appreciation Luncheon is planned for Friday, September 23rd. Please use this link to choose an item to contribute or small duty or donation of time. Like most of us, teachers love a "free lunch" and we know how to put on a good one, with support from parents! Thank you in advance for your contributions.
