This Thursday, May 23, is "Parkway's Night to Shine," a celebration of all things Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM). This year, there will be an added focus on student performing and visual arts. You won't want to miss the performances, the art displays or the fun experiments!
It's NOT TOO LATE to make plans to attend. Mark your calendar, let your teachers know if you can make it, or just drop in to check it all out. The Cardinal Burger Wagon, Claudia's Tacos, and Blue Deer Cookie will set up near the lower lot ball courts beginning at 4:00 p.m. for those who come hungry. Have a heart for service? If you love well-organized events, then we could *really* use your help! Our school is growing, and to help with increased traffic flow, we need a few good men (and women) to help safely and effectively direct us in and out. Please sign up for a shift if you can. Can't help Thursday - your next volunteer opportunity is June 10 inflatable fun day. We hope to see you Thursday! 'Til then, here are some pics from last year's event. ps - We have new PTO officers! We'll work up an official announcement, but for those itching to find out who's who, take a peek in our minutes document from the last week's meeting. Comments are closed.
