Happy snow day Parkway families!
Thank You Thank you for participating in the first-ever Parkway school BOGO Dining Pass fundraiser! Together, we raised more than $8,000 -- 100% of that money that will go directly to our classrooms and curriculum to support our students and teachers. We can all feel GREAT about that! You rock! And major kudos and thanks PTO fundraising chair Lynne Griffith! Online Sale Extended The sale went *so well* and this product is *so hot* (saving its holder many hundreds of dollars), we're taking the opportunity to continue the online portion of the sale through year-end! Student Credit + Incentives Your student will still get credit for online sales. Tell friends to enter your child’s name and teacher in the pop up that appears when they click through to purchase a pass. Prizes will be awarded to the top seller in each grade span: K-2, 3-5, and 6-8; we’ll just wait until January to announce the big winners. Take Action
It offers BOGO meal coupons to over 45 local restaurants with more than 85 free meals. You have an entire year to use the Pass. Plus, FOR A LIMITED TIME, you get a FREE Winter Bonus Pass with BOGO meals to Vidalia, Casa Rustica, Gamekeeper, Stonewalls and more! It’s only $40 (that’s less than .50 cents per coupon)! This will save you tons of money and allow you to try new places for less money! https://www.highcountry365.com/pkwy-pto Related: Teachers Like to Eat Out, Too You’re invited to help make sure each teacher gets one of these passes, too! PTO is able to cover much, but not all, of the cost of gifting each teacher with their own dining pass. If you would like to help, please send cash or check of any amount (made out to Parkway PTO in an envelope labeled "PTO teacher appreciation") by this Friday (Dec. 7). Thank you, as always, for helping make our teachers feel loved and appreciated! Kudos to PTO Teacher Appreciation Chair Jenny McCourry for coordinating this effort as well as many other show some love initiatives... including this year’s Getting to Know Your Teacher project.
